Hello I was curious about the pay with EMT-P because I really want to become one and 99% sure I am taking a class in the fall which is also my senior year. So its about time I start thinking about my future, and I want a career that will have great pay so I don’t have to struggle financially when I have a family. My goal is to become a paramedic in New York City or another major city in the U.S. So my questions are: What employer will give the best pay? Are there any jobs that are above a paramedic I guess like office jobs for when you get older? Also I do not want to become a fire fighter/ medic, just a medic.
